This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through fleexus.com (the “Site”), why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
1. Who we are
FleexUS is a brand. The Site is operated by the business identified on our Company Details page, which is the controller of personal data processed through the Site.

2. What we collect
When you send a request
Our contact forms send us:
- your email address;
- your message, project timing and the service options you choose;
- links you add (for example, a channel or website URL);
- files you attach (up to 3 files, 15 MB in total);
- the page you sent the form from, the time of sending and your IP address.
Please do not send passwords, access credentials or other people’s personal data that is not needed for your request.
When you browse the Site
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the Site does not load content from third-party services.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the Site and forms secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep records required by law — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)), where applicable.
We do not sell your personal data, do not share it for advertising and do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who receives your data
Your request is delivered to our business mailbox. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- website hosting, backups and business email: Name.am, Republic of Armenia.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. International transfers
We are based in the Republic of Armenia, which the European Commission has not recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection. When you send us a request from the EU/EEA or the UK, your data is transferred to us so that we can respond to it at your request (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). Our hosting and email provider is also located in the Republic of Armenia.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Correspondence with clients: for the term of the contract and as long as required by law afterwards.
- Attached files are delivered by email only; temporary copies on the server are deleted immediately after sending.
- Server logs: as set by our hosting provider for security and operation.
7. Cookies
The Site uses only storage needed for it to work: a technical check of image format support and, if you choose a currency on a service page, a cookie remembering that choice. Details are in our Cookie Policy. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. To use these rights, write to legal@fleexus.com. We will reply within one month. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by US state privacy laws.
9. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to requests is limited to the people who handle them.
